Description

In this 2nd version, this family house plan besides offering an abundance of African-asity and charm, it is also Inspired by the simple, functional concept. The other main features that differentiates it from the original version is that the main door leads directly to the sunken lounge opening to a hallway and the dining area. A closed kitchen with a pantry and an island serves the dining well and is provided with an exit door leading to the rear porch. Each bedroom features huge bed spaces with large windows. The other notable difference in this version is that the three bedrooms share a separate bath and a toilet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and is fully serviced with a wash hand basin, w/c and a cubicle.

The design has got 3 verandas; Front Porch, a side porch and a rear porch.
